It's always good to have someone on the end of the phone that answers. We've sent a drawing over and you guys have taken everything off for us. We've just called it in as time's gone on, which helps us. It takes more stress off us and a lot of pressure off the guys on site. Sometimes things get missed and when that happens, we can order it and get it the next day, which is really good.
